HOW TO PAY?

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, Direct BPI Direct Paymaya, Grabpay, GCash, and COD.

Pay via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AND GCASH

  • Payments via Credit/Debit Card, BPI Direct, GCash and Paymaya are processed automatically after checkout and you don't need to send us proof of payment.

Pay via CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is now available nationwide via GOGO Xpress and J&T Express! 

****For address Outside Delivery Zones ONLY: Customers with deliveries to select cities outside of delivery zone will need to go to the nearest J&T Express branch with a valid ID for pick up and payment. If this is the case, our customer service team will reach out to you to help you out!

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines after payment confirmation:

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 working days
  • Outside Metro Manila: 3-7 working days

We deliver your orders via our team of in-house riders and partner couriers.

GoGo Express and J&T Express are some of the partners we use. All orders shipped via couriers will receive a tracking number via email once released.

      Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

      Customers of Curls by Zenutrients Official Website (www.curlsbyzenutrients.com) can request for return or refund within 7 days after receiving their order.

      Valid reasons for return or refund include the following:

      • Faulty, defective, or damaged product
      • Wrong item was delivered
      • Missing item(s)/incomplete order

       

      For Faulty, Defective, or Damaged Product Purchased on the Website

      - Notify Curls by Zenutrients Team via email (curlzbyzen@gmail.com) within 7 days upon receiving the order and indicate the following:

      * Curls by Zenutrients order number (CUR-XXXX)

      * Photos and/or videos of the damaged product received

      - An option to replace or refund is allowed once proof of damage has been verified by Curls by Zenutrients Customer Team

      - If customer chooses to replace, no refund will be issued.  Replacement will be shipped out after 1-3 business days upon confirmation from the Customer Team

      - If customer prefers to request a refund, please provide the following details:

      * Bank Account Name, Account Number, or GCash

      * Proof of refund will be sent to customer once completed

      - No return is needed for faulty, defective, or damaged products received

       

      For Wrong Items Delivered

      - Notify Curls by Zenutrients Team via email (curlzbyzen@gmail.com)  within 7 days upon receiving the order and indicate the following:

      * Curls by Zenutrients order number (CUR-XXXX)

      * Photos and/or videos of the wrong item/s received

       - An option to replace or refund is allowed once proof of wrong item received has been verified by Curls by Zenutrients Customer Team

      - If customer chooses to replace, no refund will be issued. Replacement will be shipped out after 1-3 business days upon confirmation from the Customer Team

      - If customer prefers to request a refund, please provide the following details:

      * Bank Account Name, Account Number, or GCash

      * Proof of refund will be sent to customer once completed

      - If within Metro Manila, pick-up of wrong items within will be done upon delivery of replacement. If provincial, no return is needed

       

      For Missing Items

      Notify Curls by Zenutrients Team via email (curlzbyzen@gmail.com) within 7 days upon receiving the order and indicate the following:

      * Curls by Zenutrients order number (CUR-XXXX)

      * Photos and/or videos of the wrong item/s received, indicate the missing item 

      - An option to refund the missing item is allowed

      - If customer prefers to request a refund, please provide the following details:

      * Bank Account Name, Account Number, or GCash

      * Proof of refund will be sent to customer once completed

      - If customer wants missing item shipped, it will be shipped out after 1-3 business days upon confirmation from the Customer Team

      Order Change Policy

      Order change due to change of mind: Includes adding or remove item/s from order, or cancellation

      - Order change is only applicable to orders that are not yet packed

      - Notify Curls by Zenutrients Team via email (curlzbyzen@gmail.com) within 1 hour after placing an order and indicate the following:

      * Curls by Zenutrients order number (CUR-XXXX)

      * What customer wishes to change in order (add/remove items or cancel)

      - If items need to be added (for non-COD orders)

      * Updated order will be shipped 1-3 business days after we have received your additional payment

      - If items need to be added (for COD orders)

      * Please prepare exact amount. Updated order will be shipped 1-3 business days after confirmation from the Customer Team

      - If items need to be removed (for non-COD orders)

      * Customer will receive refund 1-3 business days after confirmation from the Customer Team

      - If items need to be removed (for COD orders)

      * Order will be shipped with the same original delivery timeline

      - If order needs to be cancelled (for non-COD orders)

      * Customer will receive refund 1-3 business days after confirmation from the Customer Team

      - If order needs to be cancelled (for COD orders)

      * Order will be cancelled upon confirmation from the Customer Team, no further action is needed

       

      Return to Sender Scenarios

      1. COD payment not available upon delivery so customer prefers to cancel or reject order 

      2. Consignee not available upon delivery
